Hello!

My name's Nathalie and I believe that life is to be lived to the fullest!

And exercising is a great way to improve your daily quality of life…

To me, working out is part of a lifestyle and should be about enjoying oneself, not torture (although I can't promise it won't feel like it is sometimes…!).

I don't believe in fad diets but I can give you tips on how to have a healthier and balanced diet and I won't make you feel guilty or put pressure on you. As a Traditional Indian Head Massage fully qualified therapist, I think that wellness is not achieved only by a physical approach but that to obtain holistic wellness, one must learn how to balance all aspects of life — emotional, mental & spiritual. My way to motivate you is to mix fun, relaxation and, oh yes: work out… in all my sessions, in different proportions according to your needs and objectives.
