"I've been using the gym for a few years, but it was always the same old routine and I wasn't improving and getting quite bored with it. I'm not looking to be super fit, but to maintain and maybe improve my fitness level would be great.

So I decided to try a personal trainer, and after several sessions with Nats, I wish I had started with her ages ago. I am now doing a whole range of different exercises, feel so much better for it and a lot more motivated. And Nats really knows her stuff and teaches you just how to do the exercises so they really make a difference - things you would never think of on your own! And she goes at a pace to suit you, encouraging you to stretch yourself whilst making sure you don't overdo it as well.

So whilst I still go to the gym, I now have different routines and also exercises I can enjoy doing at home. But I shall certainly keep up the training sessions with Nats - not only to keep on track but, frankly, because they are such a good fun! And let's face it - that's half the battle!"
